Happy Comet Pride Friday!
In what seems to be a first in many, many years, we will have some home games for Baseball and Softball in early April! Usually, we wait until late April to have some games due to weather conditions. Thankfully we are having 4 games for each of our Comet squads this Friday & Saturday!
Friday’s action for Comet Baseball is against Waldorf University at 1pm out at Scott Berry Field, followed by a game at 3pm.
Softball plays at Karlstad Field over in Portland today, with their doubleheader action vs Waldorf starting at 2pm and 4pm.
Doubleheader action begins once again on Saturday for both squads, against Waldorf one more time.
Saturday’s action for Baseball is Breast Cancer Awareness Day, where the Comets will be wearing pink uniforms and free will donations will be taken for Hospice of ND. The first game begins at 12pm, followed by another at about 2pm.
Comet Softball starts their doubleheader at 12 pm & 2pm on Saturday vs Waldorf, once again at home at Karlstad Field.
