Comet Women Travel to Iowa
After an extended break, the Lady Comets are getting back into action this weekend with a two game stretch down in Iowa, at the Briar Cliff Holiday Classic in Sioux City.
Today, they will take on #6 Morningside College at 1pm. Morningside is 12-3 overall, coming off a 10 game streak that was just snapped in their last game with a loss to Hastings. Our Lady Comets are currently ranked #23, are 10-3 with a 2 game streak, and are 4-1 on the road this year. It should be a good battle to watch!
Saturday’s action will be against the host team, Briar Cliff University at 5:30pm. BCU is currently 6-9 and have lost their last 2 games.

A Friendly Reminder:
The Comet Men did have a game scheduled for December 30th with a special halftime “Comet Kids” show. That game with Brandon University has been cancelled.
Here are the details on the new arrangement for the Comet Kids halftime show: it has been rescheduled to the Jan 6th games versus Waldorf.
